Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID name at the top → Subscriptions → select WODBell → tap Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my previous purchases?

Open WODBell, go to Settings, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.

There's no sound during a workout. What should I do?

First, make sure your iPhone is not in silent mode (the physical switch on the side). Then check that the volume is turned up. Inside WODBell, go to Settings and verify that audio alerts are enabled and a sound pack is selected.

Where is my workout history stored and how can I request its deletion?

Your workout records (format, duration, and date) are stored securely on our servers and are linked to an anonymous identifier assigned to your device. Your name and email are never collected. To request deletion of your data, please email us at support@devinbi.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'.

Which languages does WODBell support?

WODBell is available in English and Turkish.
