Data We Collect
We only collect data necessary to provide you with the best experience and track your treatment progress.
- Anonymous user ID (via Supabase Auth)
- Teeth photos captured by you for treatment tracking
- Push tokens for aligner change reminders (via Expo Notifications)
- Name and email address when you contact us via the 'Write to Us' page
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the services offered within OrthoFlow.
- Tracking your aligner wear time and treatment progress
- Sending notifications for aligner changes
- Storing and displaying your development photos securely
- Responding to your support requests and feedback
Photo Privacy
Your teeth photos are strictly private and for your personal use only.
- Photos are stored securely on Cloudflare R2
- They are accessible only by you within the app
- We never share your photos with third parties, insurance companies, or use them for advertising purposes
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to power OrthoFlow's infrastructure and features.
- Supabase: Database and authentication services
- Cloudflare: Secure storage for photos
- Expo: Notification and application infrastructure
- Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may use anonymous identifiers for ad personalization, but no personal health or treatment data is shared.
No Data Selling
Devinbi does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Your privacy is not for sale.
- We do not share your treatment data with brokers or data aggregators
- All data collection is focused on improving your aligner treatment experience
Your Rights
You have full control over your data within OrthoFlow.
- Right to access and export your treatment data and photos
- Right to delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Right to opt-out of notifications and personalized ads
